Small, but interesting

Picking a location is a very important decision for business people! Although we are a small community, we are situated centrally between the cities of Bad Windsheim, Uffenheim, Rothenburg o.d.T. und Ansbach.

Gallmersgarten is still largely agricultural, with the exception of the area of Steinach/Bahnhof. The skilled tradesmen here generally have small businesses and their customers are primarily local. In Steinach/Bahnhof, the expansion of the rail network has led to a building boom, an influx of new residents, and the establishment of businesses. Steinach/Bahnhof is directly at the intersection of the main line Treuchtlingen-Würzburg und the branch lines Steinach-Neustadt a.d.Aisch and Steinach-Rothenburg o.d.T.

Our town’s road connections are also excellent. Gallmersgarten is right next to the road B 470. Transport connections were definitely improved even more by access to autobahn A 7 Würzburg-Ulm. With all of these advantageous structural conditions, it was very important to our town that a commercial and industrial area in Steinach/Bahnhof be designated. All together, about 7 hectares of commercial and industrial land are available for businesses who want to come here.

Due to its central location in southern Germany and its favourable road and rail connections, Gallmersgarten is an ideal place to establish a business. In the surrounding area there is no lack of potential employees.

With its share of the Naturpark Frankenhöhe, whose extensive forests are ideal for relaxing walks, our community is also a natural recreation area. An attractive residential area has been developed, where building plots on a southern slope are still available. Active clubs make it easy to become part of the community.
