Markt Erlbach

Market town Markt Erlbach – welcome!   The market town Markt Erlbach is the fifth largest municipality in the county of Neustadt a.d.Aisch – Bad Windsheim. It is an up-and-coming small center on the plateau of the Frankenhöhe, and as a location for industry and commerce with good infrastructure, it has a lot to offer commercial enterprises and service providers who are interested in setting up business here. The market town owns about 17,000 square meters of fully developed industrial land in the industrial park “Haidter Weg - Lerchenfeld.” An additional 32,000 square meters “Gewerbepark Lerchenfeld Nord” of industrial land is in planning and will soon be available. A new residential building area in Eschenbach is also in planning and will soon be available.  


The infrastructure is constantly being improved and expanded: We offer child care in a day-nursery and in 3 preschools. At the Caspar-Löner grammar school, we offer comprehensive after-school child care. We have a youth center – the welfare of our young people is a top priority for us. In addition, many shops, enterprising skilled tradesmen and companies, and an excellent assortment of doctors and medical services make life in Markt Erlbach very pleasant.

Transport connections

With the Zenngrundbahn railroad line, we have excellent connections to greater Nuremberg/Fürth.
By taking the Südwesttangente motorway, you can be in the urban area in about 20 minutes.
State road 2252 (Langenzenn – Markt Erlbach – Lenkersheim) forms an east-west link between the urban center Nuremberg – Fürth and federal highway A 7. State road 2255 (Ansbach – Neustadt a. d. Aisch) runs through Markt Erlbach in a north-south direction. The well-developed county and town road network ensures good transport connections.
